We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages. What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first: responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal: keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
