Branch Manager / Registered Domiciliary Care Manager Cheshire Salary: £36,000 per annum Are you an experienced domiciliary care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Purosearch is delighted to be partnering with a leading national home care provider to recruit a Branch Manager / Registered Domiciliary Care Manager for a well-established service in Cheshire, delivering 1,000 care hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or ambitious Care Coordinator looking to progress into a management position with the support of a respected and growing organisation. The Role As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving business performance and team development. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors, and Care Professionals Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and company standards Managing branch performance, budgets, and occupancy levels Maintaining effective recruitment and retention strategies Building and maintaining strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals Monitoring quality, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Driving sustainable growth within the service About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience within domiciliary care A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Commercial awareness and experience managing service performance NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards achieving it) A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for service users Applications are encouraged from experienced Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Care Managers, and Care Coordinators who are looking to progress their careers.
