Are you someone who would thrivebringing clarity, structure and a whole load energy to shape how a company communicates internally?
We are looking for someone who can sit at the centre of a (truly awesome!) FinTech organisation, connecting leadership, product, commercial and operations so everyone understands what’s happening across the business.
Responsibilities
* Turning exciting product and business updates into clear internal communications
* Ensure the whole team is informed and aligned before any external launches
* Support leadership updates and company wide briefings
* Create summaries of business performance and key initiatives
* Keep internal knowledge hubs organised and up to date with all the great company news
* Help celebrate wins and milestones!
* Support clear communication during business or regulatory changes
Qualifications
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex information
* Strong stakeholder management across teams
* Highly organised with a structured approach
* Professional, discreet and confident working with senior stakeholders
Nice to have
* Experience in fintech, scale ups or regulated industries
* Exposure to internal comms, marketing or executive communications
