The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for its residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. This includes assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and engaging residents in social activities. The role requires a flexible schedule, working alternate weekends and a rotation of day and night shifts.
