Title: Commercial Administrator
Salary: £25,000 p/annum
Hours: 37.5 hrs p/week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Swindon
Our client, based in Swindon, is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to support a dynamic workplace in a key administrative role.The Commercial Administrator dutiesandresponsibilitiesinclude providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the commercial office using various microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Possess the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
Responsibilities
* Assist Administration Manager and work as a member of a cohesive team.
* Processing plot choices when the Contracts Managers advise plots are ready for tiling.
* Ensure that all plot choices are correctly priced using the “Extra’s” pricing matrix and entered on to the “Extra log’”.
* All Customer’s extras are checked and entered on to the Sage Construct system for invoicing.
* The filing of plot choices in the correct project folder.
* Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
* Completing variation orders and contract revisions
* Creating and maintaining company databases.
* Creating reports for Directors as required.
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills – to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and file plot choices correctly.
* Proficiency in administrative software – experience with systems like Sage Construct and Excel for database and report management.
* Good communication skills – to effectively liaise with Contracts Managers and assist the Administration Manager.
* Ability to work as part of a team – collaborate efficiently in a cohesive team environment and support where needed.
* Flexibility and adaptability – willingness to take on extra duties and adjust to changing priorities.
