Role: Learning Support Assistant
Pay: £14.25 per hour
A welcoming specialist SEN school in Farnborough is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support children and young people with Autism and MLD/SLD.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where small class sizes and strong staff support allow for personalised learning and meaningful progress for every pupil.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with learning, communication, and daily classroom activities
* Encourage engagement, independence, and confidence
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs
* Help maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (preferred)
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* School or specialist setting experience (desirable)
A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service is required, or applicants must be willing to obtain one.
