Territory Manager – UK & Ireland

Location: United Kingdom (frequent travel across the UK & Ireland)


Are you an experienced sales professional ready to take ownership of a key region? We’re looking for a driven Territory Manager to lead business development and customer relationships across the UK and Ireland for an innovative provider of technical solutions in the fresh produce and food processing industries.

In this role, you’ll take charge of growing market share, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering ambitious sales and margin targets. You’ll act as a trusted advisor — understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that drive real business results.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow sales across the UK & Ireland, exceeding revenue and margin targets.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
* Develop and implement a clear Territory Plan aligned with business growth objectives.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support projects, proposals, and technical solutions.
* Represent the brand professionally and proactively across the region.


About You

* Proven background in consultative or solution-based selling — ideally within capital equipment, machinery, or food processing.
* Commercially astute with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working independently and managing a wide range of customer accounts.
* Technically capable, with the ability to understand and discuss engineered solutions.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident engaging with all organisational levels, from operations to senior leadership.
* Willing to travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland.


Qualifications & Experience

* Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Demonstrated success in high-value, complex B2B sales.
* Strong IT skills (CRM, Excel, Word; experience with 3D modelling tools is a bonus).
* Full right to work in the UK.
