Plus maintenance, testing, and remedial work on existing Solar PV arrays.Responsibilities
* Install solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties using hand and power tools.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a valid CSCS card.
* Conduct site assessments and prepare installation sites, including excavation if necessary.
* Perform electrical connections and troubleshoot system issues, applying mechanical and electrical knowledge.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Every team member has a monthly 121 with their trained line manager to ensure you're happy, supported and maximising your potential.

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
* Valid driver's license.
