Exciting opportunity for a permanent, experienced, Senior Reward Business Partner, to own and shape the Reward agenda in a dynamic, high‑performance professional services business.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who thrives on visibility, influence and delivery. You’ll be the go to reward expert for the business, bringing market insight,mercial thinking and clear, pragmatic solutions.
What you’ll do
1. Own the end‑to‑endpensation framework, ensuring it supports business strategy and performance
2. Lead annual salary and bonus reviews end‑to‑end, from design through to execution
3. Manage benchmarking with Willis Towers Watson and translate market data into meaningful insight
4. Lead Gender Pay Gap reporting, including analysis, narrative and actions
5. Partner closely with RemCo, producing high-quality papers and packs and simplifyingplex reward information for senior audiences.
6. Be highly visible within the business, building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
7. Bring a strong external lens, spotting market trends and advising proactively.
8. Continuously optimise reward processes and the HR system, driving efficiency and clarity
What you’ll bring
9. Proven experience as a Senior Reward BP, ideally within a professional services organisation
10. Strong track record of managing end‑to‑end salary and bonus reviews
11. Deep technical reward knowledge,bined withmercial acumen
12. Confidence working with senior stakeholders, Exec and RemCo
13. Exceptionalmunication skills, able to translateplexity into clarity
