Role Responsibilities Take full ownership of façade, cladding, and glazing projects from pre-construction through to handover. Lead all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Liaise with architects, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across all phases. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and technical standards. Review and interpret technical drawings and support installation teams with practical guidance. Monitor commercial performance, report on progress, and manage project risks and variations. Support tender and programme development as needed. Candidate Requirements Proven track record delivering façade, glazing, or curtain walling projects in the UK construction sector. Strong technical knowledge of cladding systems and building envelope construction. Able to read and understand architectural and fabrication drawings. Effective leadership and communication skills, both onsite and with stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of UK construction standards, CDM regulations, and H&S best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta, Excel). SMSTS, CSCS (black), and First Aid certification. Why This Role?
