The Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team across multiple projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Senior QS to help manage project costs, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain excellent commercial control from tender through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Support procurement and tendering of subcontractor packages
• Measure works on-site and from drawings to aid valuations
• Track project costs and budgets to ensure profitability
• Maintain contract documentation and assist in resolving commercial queries
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with company and client financial processes

What We’re Looking For
• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quantity Surveying role (internship or full-time)
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills (Excel, Word, measurement software)
• Familiarity with JCT contracts is a plus
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to progress professionally
* Romanian language is a bonus
