Summary
Due to continued business growth and new client opportunities, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. The sucessful candidate will play a key role in providing first line support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high service standards for both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for client telephone and online queries
* Accurately input & manage data within a live client database
* Provide administrative and coordination support for team of engineers and contractors
* Monitor and help maintain service levels and performance KPI’s
* Allocate and schedule response calls to the appropriate co-ordinators
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Effective decision-making abilities and a high level of diplomacy
* Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
