Are you a Service Engineer from an EPOS, ATM or similar background looking to come off the tools and progress into an office-based role, providing UK wide technical support on bespoke, state-of-the-art technologies?
Are you looking to join a progressive and dynamic company offering full inhouse training on specialist devices, allowing you to become the go-to expert for service engineers?
In this fully office-based position you will be handling queries from customers and performing remote diagnosis for engineers, on bespoke in-house software and electronic problems. There will be continuous training on the bespoke systems allowing you to gain further knowledge in a profitable sector.
Established 30 years ago, this renowned company specialise in food safety systems for a range of clients such as hospitals, banks, universities, food manufacturers and the Houses of Parliament. They design their own hardware and develop bespoke software solutions which are market leading.
This role would suit perhaps a Service Engineer from an ATM, EPOS, or similar background looking for an office-based, off-the-tools role providing technical support across the UK.
The Role:
Providing technical support to engineers and customers across the UK
Solving electronic, electrical, and IT issues on specialist devices
Work collaboratively with other team members to solve complex technical challenges
Office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:15pm
