Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon – Fri, core hours 10am – 4pm; remaining hours can be completed outside these hours during the week)
Salary: £25,500 per annum fixed

Role and responsibilities
As part of the Pharma Services Unit, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Analytical Support Department. The post holder will maintain a secure and accurate document archiving system, catalogue receipt of documentation, and scan/archive documentation in accordance with the relevant SOP. Responsibilities also include routine sorting, filing, photocopying, scanning, and organising internal, incoming and outgoing mail, distributing to staff as appropriate.

Essential Criteria
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language, Grades A-C
* Previous experience within an administrative role
Desirable Criteria
* Word processing and/or typing qualification (e.g. RSA stage 2 or equivalent)
* Previous experience within a Pharmaceutical environment
