Newstaff Employment is hiring enthusiastic Teaching Assistants in Milton Keynes to support teachers, enhance student learning, and make a positive difference in local schools.
Location: Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard & Dunstable
Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning materials
2. Provide one-to-one support to students, including those with special educational needs
3. Help maintain a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management
4. Support teachers in monitoring student progress and providing feedback
5. Engage students in classroom activities and encourage learning
6. Supervise pupils during lunch, break times, and other non-classroom activities
7. Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Previous experience in education or childcare is preferred
9. Relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a similar field is advantageous
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Passion for supporting children and young people
12. Ability to work effectively within a team
13. Flexible, positive, and adaptable attitude
14. Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
