About the Role:
We are seeking 1–2 ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our clients' team.
This is a 360° Business Development role, working with private healthcare clients to deliver high-quality talent solutions. The successful candidates will be confident, commercially minded, and able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with private healthcare clients.
* Focus on private healthcare and nurse recruitment, building a strong desk of clients and candidates.
* Proactively generate new business and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
* Source, screen, and place high-Calibre candidates in line with client requirements.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Healthcare / Nursing recruitment with private clients (private desk and nurse desk experience).
* 360° recruitment experience, including business development and candidate management.
* Strong track record of developing client relationships and achieving targets.
* Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience with managed vendor clients is not required or desired.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in Healthcare / Nursing recruitment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with private clients in healthcare recruitment.
* Track record of achieving targets.
Pay range and compensation package:
Competitive salary plus commission. Hybrid working available for top-performing candidates (2 days home / 3 days office).
