The Role
Reporting to the Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the Modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
Serving Modern British Menu to 2AA rosette level
Strong Management skills
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
Have experience of working at 2AA rosette kitchen or higher
Ambitious and career orientated
