Division: The Water Consultancy Division is the centre of excellence for responding to water and wastewater challenges, providing services throughout the full project life cycle from advisory services and feasibility studies to construction support and site supervision.
Role and Responsibilities
* Establish and grow a team to deliver technical advisory work on major water projects
* Business development by working with Account Leaders and Client Directors to engage with the market, develop new opportunities, and help maintain significant work for the team
* Provide team leadership, line management and resource management (with delegation as required)
* Own the external proposition to the market for our water projects Technical Advisory offering
* Take overall responsibility for all technical advisory work undertaken by our technical (e.g. engineering) water teams
* Act as Technical Lead or Project Director for delivery of Technical Advisory projects
Candidate specification
* Essential: Experience delivering technical advisory work to investors, lenders, or finance institutions
* Essential: Experience in business development and growing service offerings and teams
* Essential: Major project delivery experience, ideally in the water sector
