Providing helpful and professional advice to colleagues, using your training and on-the-job experience

Delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders across the organisation, including members of the Senior Leadership Team

Supporting key HR processes such as payroll administration, compliance monitoring (in line with CQC standards), and contributing to TUPE processes

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in HR. You don’t need previous HR experience - we’re looking for proactive, people-focused individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.

Confident personality with a proactive, can-do attitude

A true team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions

Able to manage deadlines and balance conflicting priorities effectively

Skilled at building positive working relationships with people at all levels across the organisation

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
