Responsibilities
* Onsite and remote support for client networks and infrastructure
* Implementing and troubleshooting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies
* Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V environments
* Configuring and administering networking solutions (Meraki, Draytek, Sophos)
* Delivering projects across the UK (travel required)
Required Skills / Qualifications
* 3+ years\' experience as a Technical Engineer or similar IT support role
* Right to live & work in the UK and ability to travel nationwide
* A full UK driving licence (essential for travel to client sites)
* Microsoft Certified Professional qualification
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
In-depth knowledge
* Windows Server 2012+ & Windows Desktop 10+
* Active Directory & Group Policy
* Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online administration
* Hyper-V setup & management
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
* Experience with Meraki, Draytek, or Sophos firewalls
