TECHNICIAN
Motorvogue King's Lynn - home of Renault, Dacia, Fiat, Abarth, JEEP and Isuzu Aftersales - are looking to recruit an experienced Level 2/3 Technician at our King's Lynn branch to undertake all maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles.
Carrying out work completely and effectively within manufacturers’ and Company servicing and repair times, you will ensure that work is always to the highest standard as you seek to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat / incremental business.
About you
You will have:
* Level 2/3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience, although this is not essential. Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
* A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
Duties will include:
* Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Car repairs and servicing.
* MOT testing.
* Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
* Working confidently both on your own and alongside a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme (OTE £40k). We are a fast-growing business and will be taking on additional brands in the future.
Our normal working hours are 4 or 5 days per week (weekdays only). You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
