So, who are we looking for? We are looking for a Resident Experience Coordinator to support the Resident Experience Manager of a brand-new property in Leicester with 100 lettable units. The role of Resident Experience Coordinator sits within the Asset Management Departments structure, with a direct report into Resident Experience Manager. The Resident Experience Coordinator will ensure all of our Residents, Guests, and Contractors, receive exceptional Customer Service and Care, consistently presenting a professional and courteous approach, as a face of the business. You will be a champion for maintain high standards of site presentation, customer communication, and resident safety by supporting the Resident Experience Manager with operations and pro-actively engaging with all stakeholders. And what will you be doing? Deliver an engaging Resident Engagement Programme to enhance community living. Act as the first point of contact at reception, handling resident queries professionally and efficiently. Support occupancy and retention goals by working with internal teams and third-party agents. Ensure properties are presented to a high standard and assist with ad-hoc or emergency cleaning when required. Assist with day-to-day accommodation operations, including housekeeping, sales, and admin support. Log and escalate incidents promptly, supporting emergency responses where needed. Conduct regular building patrols to maintain safety and compliance. Welcome visitors and carry out appropriate security checks. Resolve property-related issues in a timely, customer-focused manner. Support property viewings and promote a positive resident journey from move-in to move-out. Maintain a professional online presence in line with brand guidelines. Monitor local market trends and report on performance against KPIs. Foster positive relationships with residents, suppliers, and colleagues. Why Join Us?
