We’re looking for an SEO specialist to join a company at an exciting time of expansion. They are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within a digital agency.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and delivering tailored SEM strategies
Plan, execute, and monitor SEM campaigns across various search engines and platforms
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for optimisation
Optimise ad copy and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates
Carry out link audits and resolve issues within client backlink profiles
Optimise website structure, page speed, and other technical elements of SEO
Use performance metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure SEO strategies align with broader campaigns (e.g., social media, content marketing, etc.
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience in SEO and SEM
Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general web development
