This setting provides high-quality education and care for children and young people aged 2–19, placing every learner at the heart of what they do. Working closely with teachers and as part of a dedicated, supportive team, you will play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Your support will help pupils with additional needs access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful progress—both academically and socially. Relevant training —such as safeguarding, first aid, or behaviour support—is beneficial, but most importantly, you’ll bring the passion and dedication to help every child succeed.
