You will be providing customer service and general administration and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Although previous experience in the Insurance industry is desirable, it is not essential. It is more important that you have a positive approach, the desire to progress, are able to learn new tasks easily and can produce accurate work in a timely manner.
