Who we support
We serve over 1,000 individuals daily through various services across the UK, including local authority and NHS referrals, and self-referrals. We also collaborate with churches and community projects.

A wellbeing discovery centre in Dorset offering activities like gardening, forestry therapy, arts, bird watching, walking, and accessible camping.
Millie College
A new educational facility in Dorset for students with disabilities, aiming to support lifelong learning, access to quality education, and independent living through personalized, community-based learning and enterprise activities.
Job Opportunity: Co-Tutor
This role involves supporting the development of personalized education programs, leading student activities, assisting with assessments, and ensuring safety and wellbeing. Candidates should have at least a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, a minimum of Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT, and experience in communication strategies.
Main Duties
* Assist in planning and delivering educational programs.
* Support students' progress and safety.
* Lead student activities in the absence of the Tutor.
* Maintain records and contribute to reviews and quality assurance.
* Work within the organization's safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
