My client is a leading specialist at the forefront of their industry, renowned for engineering and service excellence. They are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to support their finance function with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all invoices are registered to maintain an accurate record of credit liabilities.
2. Process purchase invoices for payment.
3. Prepare variance reports for approval prior to posting to the ledger.
4. Prepare monthly BACS runs to meet deadlines, ensuring credit terms are adhered to.
5. Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring all invoices are received and registered in the system.
6. Manage purchase ledger creditor accounts and set up new supplier accounts.
7. Support the finance department with various tasks as needed.
