The role holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management and administrative support across all aspects of the Help to Buy – Wales scheme. This includes managing a varied caseload of new and existing buyer applications, processing post-completion events, and ensuring compliance with scheme rules and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling a high volume of detailed cases from application to legal completion
* Processing redemption and non-redemption tasks such as subletting, remortgaging, and name changes
* Verifying legal and financial documentation in line with scheme requirements
* Providing excellent customer service to buyers, mortgage advisors, conveyancers, and valuers
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements
* Supporting colleagues and mentoring where required
What we're looking for:
* Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in case handling, mortgages, or shared equity loans is desirable
* Welsh language skills are a plus
