About the Role: You'll be part of a close-knit team of five, working alongside Technical Support and Customer Service colleagues to manage and grow customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming enquiries and provide tailored product advice Process orders and create accurate quotations for bespoke products Offer guidance on product suitability and availability Proactively contact lapsed clients to re-engage and rebuild relationships Upsell and cross-sell additional or new product lines Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sector Confident, professional communicator with a commercial mindset Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive sales approach Comfortable working collaboratively within a small, focused team What's in it for You?
