We are recruiting for Clinical Nurse Specialist in supportive and Palliative Care at a leading Private Sector Cancer Specialist Centre of Excellence.
Contract: Full time Monday to Friday.

Role Summary:
1. Adopt a health promoting and empowering approach to the care of patients, relatives and carers as appropriate.
2. Take responsibility for the management of a specialist palliative and supportive care nursing as part of the wider Palliative Care team.
3. Demonstrate clinical excellence and the highest standards of nursing practice within the field of specialist palliative care.
4. Deliver evidence based, patient-centred, empowering holistic care.
5. Contribute to ensuring that a coordinated and comprehensive service is provided for patients receiving palliative care.
6. As part of the Palliative care team you will be provide specialist symptom control assessment and advice and psychological support to patients and those identified as important to them. You will be contributing to ensure patients with a life limiting illness receive the best possible treatment including end of life care
