Overview
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will work closely with the care team to coordinate and manage care for residents, considering their individual needs, preferences and goals.
Responsibilities
* Organise your shifts and coordinate care for residents.
* Administer and record medication.
* Liaise with health professionals and record information in the residents’ computerised care plans.
* Assist with the induction, training and supervision of support staff.

Home Manager
Skills and attributes
* Experience of supervising a care team.
* Empathy and understanding of residents’ needs.
* Good leadership and the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
* Attention to detail; organised and methodical.
* Flexibility around working schedules, roles and responsibilities.
Education and qualification
* You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
