The Successful Applicant
As a successful Head of Business Partnering & ER should have:
* Extensive experience in employee relations and business partnering within the public sector.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated capability to manage complex HR cases effectively.
* Experienced in working in a Unionised environment
