The business offers excellent progression opportunities and promotes a culture of autonomy and financial rewards for success.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAs a General Manager, you will:\n\nHave full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing\nDevelop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers\nEnsure the achievement of your set targets and objectives\nDrive sales growth and company performance\nBe at the forefront of representing and growing your businessRequirements\n\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\n\nB2B sales and management experience\nExperience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc.\nExcellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities\nA proven track record of developing relationships with both suppliers and customers\nNatural leadership qualitiesRewards\n\nAs a General Manager, you will receive: \n\nStarting salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience)\nA lucrative bonus linked to your performance and that of your business\nA package including a car, mobile, laptop and healthcare\nCompany pension schemeDo you think you have what it takes?
