Key Responsibilities: M aintain the general ledger and MIS database to support the Financial and Management Reporting and Forecasting/Budgeting process. Load Budgets into COINS at Operational Commencement. Preparation of weekly and monthly Sales Reports. Maintain and develop the Division’s suite of Cognos and COINS reports. Assist in the production of the monthly Board Pack and the monthly Management Pack Support with complet ing the Half Year and Full Year End Reporting and completion of Statutory Packs. Attend monthly Sales & Marketing cost reviews and maintain forecasts against budget with variance analysis. Monthly calculation of Sales Executives commission and bonus payments. Prepare monthly Sales and Cost of Sales journals for plots legally completing in the month. Maintain and reconcile MIS and COINS for year-to-date sales and cost of sales under IFRS15. Review of accruals and prepayments ensuring appropriate audit evidence. Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Liaison with managers to resolve bought ledger queries including invoices awaiting approval, retrospective PO ’ s. Attend monthly Project Review Meetings at various sites and report back to FC/FD.
