Job Details:
* Build out wholesale sales forecast by brand and account prior to each sales campaign.
* Book all wholesale appointments for each sales campaign, ensuring key accounts and existing customers are scheduled.
* Lead and run all wholesale appointments, both digitally and in person.
* Coordinate with retailers to ensure timely receipt of sales orders.
* Receive, collate, and organize wholesale orders for easy sharing with brands.
* Negotiate retailer terms to protect brand interests, including sell-through guarantees and trade discounts.
* Document and share feedback from retailers with brands.
* Maintain and update the sales order overview accurately.
* Set up new accounts efficiently and systematically.
* Prepare and present end-of-season sales reports for internal and brand partner review.
* Support timely shipments and liaise with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to maximize sales opportunities.
* Develop commercial opportunities such as exclusives, capsules, and collaborations.
* Oversee weekly sell-through reports and identify opportunities or concerns.
* Maintain clear communication with brands via email, in-person, and video calls.
* Build strong relationships with brands and key retailers.
* Organize global showrooms, fixtures, models, and related logistics.
* Identify and implement trunk show opportunities worldwide.
* Manage and secure the Master Database, ensuring it is current and accurate.
* Keep wholesale files organized and accessible on Dropbox.
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary BENELUX wholesale markets.
* International experience preferred.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Ability to work independently, managing own schedule, travel, and diary.
* Experience managing a team or team members.
