TD Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant/Adviser for our client who works in the Waste industry in Bristol, BS3 area. Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic person with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to join the office team and support with general customer service queries. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Processing, inputting & sending purchase orders from customers. * Raising jobs and inputting on to the system, raising files and filing. * Answering and distributing telephone calls, dealing with customers’ queries i.e skip hire etc. * All other general office duties. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE * IT Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook * Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with customers both over email and on the telephone * Ability to work alone and as part of a team * Experience with high call volumes or similar type of office work Start as soon as possible.
