Our client is an industry leading manufacturer supplying B2B customers across the UK. Following impressive business performance they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their B2B customer base
Job Description
* Manage incoming customer orders via e-mail, phone and web portal
* Process customer orders via internal ERP system accurately and within agreed timescales
* Manage customer issues in a timely manor with minimal impact to the customer
* Keep customers updated on any potential changes to their orders. i.e timescales
* Work with internal teams to manage end to end order management including production and logistics
* Provide customer with support around their needs and any further needs
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience processing customer orders
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700
