How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll focus on growing our business by building strong relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones. You’ll work closely with colleagues across our three offices to identify and act on opportunities, ensuring we deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your day-to-day will include: Identifying and responding to new business opportunities, contributing to the success of our unified business. Collaborating with colleagues to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs. Representing Gallagher at trade events, networking with industry professionals to uncover new opportunities. Negotiating with underwriters and insurers to secure the best terms for clients. Acting with integrity and professionalism to drive business growth and strengthen our reputation. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in insurance sales and a proven track record of generating leads and meeting targets. Has a strong knowledge of cross-class commercial risks. Excels in communication, negotiation, and building relationships. Is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives on creating opportunities. Is working towards or has achieved Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII). Is confident using business tools and systems.
