Marketing Executive
The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham
Part-time, 2.5 days per week
At HCA UK, you’ll join a marketing team that sits at the centre of how we connect patients to exceptional care. This is a role where your ideas, organisation, and curiosity will directly support consultants, clinics, and service lines across a complex and fast-moving healthcare environment. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development, while also giving you the space to take ownership and build your confidence.

What you’ll do
You’ll support the delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels, working closely with senior colleagues and key stakeholders.
1. Coordinate and support marketing projects across digital, print, events, and PR
2. Manage website content, landing pages, and support SEO best practice
3. Work with creative teams to develop marketing assets and campaign materials
4. Support consultant and clinic marketing, including onboarding and ongoing engagement
5. Track campaign performance and provide insight to support continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a confident and organised marketer who enjoys working with others and taking ownership of your work.
6. At least three years’ experience in B2B and B2C marketing
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
9. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and develop
10. Experience or interest in healthcare or complex service-led environments
