Havebury Housing Partnership owns and manages over 7,500 homes across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex. This is a pivotal moment for Havebury. We're embarking on an ambitious new IT Strategy, focused on leveraging data effectively and significantly enhancing our digital offerings, including substantial investment in our customer app. To provide the oversight and scrutiny required to deliver this, we are now seeking a new
Board Member with expertise in Digital and AI
to join our Board team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Havebury's strategic direction, innovation, and compliance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will provide high-level insight into data governance, AI ethics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, ensuring our digital strategies align with regulatory standards and resident needs. We welcome applicants with proven leadership in data science, digital strategy, AI or technology innovation with experience applying these skills in customer-facing sectors.
As a Board Member, you will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues, helping interpret digital matters in a governance context. You will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative team player, and a strong communicator with a commitment to Havebury's values and social purpose.
