We are on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll make a real difference in people's lives by providing essential care and support in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and a great quality of life. We do not require you to have any previous experience as we will provide all the training. Right to work in the UK is needed.

Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes
* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
* Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning using appropriate equipment when necessary
* Prepare and assist with meals, including feeding where required
* Administer medications in line with individual care plans and company policies (training provided)
* Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement with clients' daily routines
* Assist with housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping
* Follow care plans and ensure accurate record-keeping of care provided
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
* Respond to any changes in clients' health or wellbeing and report to the Care Coordinator
* Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect for clients at all times
Requirements:
* Experience in care work is preferred but not essential (full training provided)
* A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of health and safety, including infection control
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
* Must have a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Enhanced DBS check (company can arrange if necessary)
