We are looking for two highly organised and detail-oriented individuals to join our Curriculum Support team as Curriculum Support Administrators. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our curriculum areas and delivering a professional, customer-focused service to students and staff.
As a Curriculum Support Administrator, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate student records, supporting admissions and timetabling, and assisting with exams and assessments. Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
Experience in an administrative or data-related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Provide administrative support across curriculum areas, including admissions, timetabling, and student support
Maintain accurate student records and ensure data quality
Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and meeting minutes
Support internal and external audits and contribute to process improvements
