Every Friday, we provide a paid cooked breakfast for the whole team, and we hit the road early to start the weekend. No Saturday rotas, no late finishes—just a spacious, modern workshop and a supportive team.
The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Zero weekend work).
* The Friday Perk: Paid cooked breakfast every Friday morning and an early finish.
* Training: Full support to get your MOT Licence and advanced diagnostic training.

* Location: Gatwick, easy access for those in Crawley, Horley, Reigate, or East Grinstead.
What You Will Be Doing
* Proper Mechanics: Getting stuck into clutches, cambelts, and major mechanical repairs.
* All-Round Service: Routine maintenance and MOT preparation across a massive variety of vehicles.
* Diagnostic Growth: Learning to diagnose and repair faults with senior support when you need it.
* Quality Control: Road-testing vehicles to ensure our 20-year reputation stays 5-star.
* Teamwork: Collaborating in a high-quality workflow where everyone pulls together.
Are You The One?
* You are a hands-on Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with at least 1 year of professional experience.
* You are confident with the "meat and potatoes" of mechanics: brakes, servicing, and light repairs.
* You have a massive hunger to learn more about clutches, cambelts, and MOT testing.
* You are a team player who takes real pride in a job well done.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
