Whilst mostly working as part of a crew of 2, you will be part of a team of 11 who cover Dorset and surrounding areas, working closely with other colleagues throughout the wider team and service. You will be responsible for managing our communal areas, grass cutting, minor tree works and hedge / shrub cutting. A comprehensive role profile is attached to this advert. What you need to be successful: Proven experience in providing grounds maintenance services is essential. A willingness to learn, coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, as well as being a great team player, is key to this role. Applicants will need to have a full driving license and the ability and confidence to tow a trailer. You will require the ability to get to and from the Frampton depot independently.
