We're looking for a couple of SeniorDelivery Managers to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of a product focused team, driving effective delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring our teams deliver outstanding results.

About the role
1. Champion agile values and principles, acting as a role model for collaboration, humility, and continuous learning.
2. Lead by example—supporting, motivating, and empowering your team to achieve ambitious goals.
3. Oversee the flow of information and tasks, maximizing team effectiveness and velocity.
4. Own the release management process, ensuring robust controls and successful product launches.
5. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and prioritisation.
6. Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
7. Work with our Service Delivery Managers to ensure effective operational management ( Incident/Problem Management, etc) of services.
8. Work with our Product team to ensure technical debt and service stability is considered in road-mapping and planning.
9. Identify and address risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
10. Support the professional growth of both junior and senior colleagues.
About you
11. Proven experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or Kanban), with a deep understanding of agile values and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
12. Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, motivate, and guide teams without direct line management authority.
13. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
14. A data-driven mindset, with a focus on outcomes, experimentation, and learning from both successes and failures.
15. Experience in software development delivery and cross-functional teams.
Advantageous:
Experience leading a data management team is a plus, but not a requirement. If you have a background in data-driven environments or have supported data-focused teams, we'd love to hear about it!
