About the role:

We are looking for a Network Operations Manager – Freezer to lead our Frozen Demand Planning team. In this role, you will oversee stock availability and performance across Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) and 3PL partners, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth in the Frozen category. You will be accountable for delivery of supply chain KPIs including customer availability, fulfilment, stock holding, and purge management while supporting strategy and stakeholder management across the network.

You will be – Skills and responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a team of Demand Planners, driving performance, succession planning, and alignment with Frozen category strategy.
* Own the delivery of supply chain performance metrics: Customer ATP, Fulfilment, Stock Holding, and Purge.
* Oversee operational planning including seasonal events, promotions, and inbound/outbound stock coordination.
* Manage stakeholder relationships with trading teams, 3PL providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implement process changes, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

About you:

* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams within a KPI-driven environment.
* Strong analytical and operational expertise with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and external partners.
* Solid understanding of supply chain operations, budgeting, and 3PL management.
* Confident in independently managing projects, solving problems, and representing your team to senior stakeholders.
