Join an Elite ServiceNow Partner as a Business Process Consultant, where youll be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, define priorities, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. You’ll lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into functional designs, and recommend scalable solutions that support long-term platform success. Your ability to manage multiple initiatives, deliver high-quality outcomes, and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities will be key to your success. This is a pivotal role in the build out of this partners Centre of Excellence in the UK where you will work alongside some of the most talented specialists in the ecosystem! What they are looking for: We’re seeking professionals with 3 years of experience in: Working hands-on with the ServiceNow platform, including at least two product areas Business consulting, process optimization, or product ownership Collaborating across departments and engaging with senior leadership Leading complex initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments Writing user stories, refining requirements, and advising stakeholders Facilitating workshops and managing client relationships both remotely and in person Experience with ITAM implementations is highly desirable Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certifications in two or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience Previous experience working within a ServiceNow Partner What they offer: Base Salary Up to £80,000 Bursary for your own development & training Funded Certifications 25 days annual leave (Increases each year of service) Collaborate with a high-performing ServiceNow team Recognition programs that reward contributions and achievements Remote-first work environment Annual company-wide events and team-building experiences Wellness and community engagement initiatives
