The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
A dynamic and accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor is sought to enhance a dedicated team of four within a thriving, privately held business that boasts a national presence through its three strategic office locations.

As a pivotal part of this expansion, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a diverse and stimulating portfolio of projects across various sectors including Industrial, Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Health, and Data Centres. And, long term, will be involved in the growth & development of the Birmingham team.

1. RICS Accredited degree qualification
2. Strong pre & post contract experience
3. Strong QS background within Consultancy environments
4. Ideally MRICS or working towards
5. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
