What Does Supply Teaching Involve?
As a supply teacher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring learning continues in the absence of the regular class teacher. Duties will include:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons to pupils across a variety of age groups (KS1 & KS2)
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Adapting to different school settings and quickly building rapport with students and staff
* Following the school’s policies and procedures to ensure safeguarding and learning standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
* Flexibility and adaptability across different year groups and subjects
* A current DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to obtain one
* References covering the last 24 months of employment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
