We are seeking a Resourcing Team Leader to manage our recruitment team effectively and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
The postholder will deputise for the Head of Recruitment Operations in their absence.
You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service across our organisation. The Recruitment Team supports the recruitment and safe on-boarding of staff into the Trust and this role will specialise in general staffing recruitment.
This will involve engaging with candidates, completing administrative tasks, providing advice and support to all stakeholders, and you will obtain learning to become a subject matter expert on Resourcing and Medical Staffing.
Main duties of the job
1. Provide line management guidance and support to the recruitment team.
2. Update the recruitment team regularly with employment changes.
3. Ensure recruitment tasks are carried out in line with the Recruitment SLA.
4. Manage the recruitment e-forms and support robotic process automation.
5. Effectively manage the team to ensure adequate staffing levels during core times (: am to : pm).
6. Coordinate and run daily morning team meetings to identify and action daily priorities.
7. Support applicants and line managers via the telephone system.
8. Perform weekly activity reviews with each member of the recruitment team using KPI information from TRAC reporting.
